All Shuttles will depart and return to the following locations: The Limelight Hotel, Hotel Ketchum, and the Sun Valley Lodge.

If staying at an alternate location, please make your way to one of the shuttle stops prior to departure.

There is parking available at each location throughout the weekend. If you plan to drive, please have a plan - there are limited Ubers/Lyfts in the Sun Valley area.

Thursday Night, Welcome Drinks

PICK UP: 7:15pm from Hotel Ketchum, Limelight Hotel, and Sun Valley Lodge transport to River Run Lodge/Roundhouse Restaurant.

DROP OFF: 9:30pm first shuttle available for departure. Last shuttle departs at 10:30pm.

Friday Afternoon, Wedding Ceremony & Reception

PICK UP: 3:00pm from Hotel Ketchum, Limelight Hotel, and Sun Vally Lodge to Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church. At the conclusion of the ceremony, shuttles will depart to Trail Creek Cabin for the reception.

DROP OFF: 9:00pm first shuttle available for departure. 11:00pm last shuttle departs.
